We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees. Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022-23 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

- Follow the instructions in the How to Enroll section.
- You must return your completed Enrollment Form to HR by 5:00 PM on June 24, 2022 to secure coverage for the 2022-23 plan year.

Benefits Overview
Huntington Cleaners remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. We are implementing some slight cost changes for the 2022-23 plan year. Below are highlights of changes that will become effective on July1, 2022. Please review your 2022-23 Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Materials for information on all of your benefits.
- Blue Care Network will continue to be our medical and prescription drug insurance carrier.
- There are no plan changes; however, there are some slight cost changes for the 2022-23 plan year.
- Guardian will continue to be our dental insurance carrier.
How to Enroll
- You must complete your applicable Enrollment Form that you can download here or request a paper copy from HR.
- When completing your Enrollment Form, you will select from the following open enrollment options:
- I elect to KEEP THE SAME coverage as the previous year.
- I elect to WAIVE all coverages for the new year.
- I elect to MAKE CHANGES to my coverage for the new year.
- Your completed Enrollment Form must be returned to HR no later than 5:00 PM on June 24, 2022 to secure coverage for the 2022-23 plan year.
- You will not be allowed to make a change after the open enrollment window closes, unless you experience a qualifying life event and notify HR within 30 days of the event.
